THE SOURCE: You are the One You Have Been Waiting For..
Friday May 23, 2025 3:00pm - 4:15pm MDT
This transformative workshop is designed for individuals who are ready to cultivate:
  1. Deep Self-Awareness
  2. Unshakable Self-Worth & Intrinsic Value
  3. Authentic Confidence
  4. Clarity of Purpose
  5. A Stronger Connection to Your True Self

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to hold the entirety of your messy human experience with a calm and compassionate containment?  To turn inwards rather than outwards to soothe and regulate yourself emotionally?  To step into the role of a loving and secure guardian for your inner child, especially in moments of uncertainty?
What if you could be the source for your own inner guidance? How does it feel to be THE SOURCE of your own enoughness?
This is a group conversation led by clinical counsellor, certified coach and yoga teacher, Ishta Devi where we explore yogic and clinical approaches to “Self Source” safety, processing and integration.
In this workshop, you will explore what it truly feels like to be THE SOURCE of your own peace and power.

These are the intended takeaways:
  • An expanded capacity to hold and soothe yourself in difficult moments.
  • Tools for Safety, Processing and Integration for healing small t and big T trauma
  • An embodied understanding of the felt sense of High and Low Frequency Energy in the nervous system.
  • Deeper relationships to your True Self, and versions of your Child Self and Shadow Self.
  • Meet yourself with Acceptance, Accountability and Compassion.
  • Overall increased awareness of Mind Body Spirit connection.
  • Articulate thoughts, emotions and the felt sense in your body.
  • A PDF guide to daily ritual protocol
