Reconnect with the land through an Indigenous-guided practice that combines intentional mindfulness, and reflection.

This session includes a grounding activity to help participants feel rooted in their environment, as well as the sharing of an Indigenous water song to honor and acknowledge the sacredness of water.

By engaging in these practices, attendees will leave with a renewed sense of connection to the natural world and practical ways to incorporate these teachings into their own wellness journeys.
