Guided Hike + Mountain Yoga

Join Michelle for an easy hike and a nourishing yoga flow in the world-famous Banff National Park.

Guiding you on an off-site trail, she will inspire and narrate your outdoor experience as you gain views of the impressive Rockies and learn about the natural world.

This is an all-levels workshop for anyone with an adventurous spirit who seeks to derive the many benefits of nature.

Waivers of Liability will be provided and must be signed by each participant in person on the day of the program.

Please wear appropriate clothing for movement and footwear for walking on variable terrain, and a backpack that can carry your yoga mat. Yoga will be moved to a covered space in the case of bad weather.
