About me
We’re thrilled to have Brandon Olsthoorn return to our festival year after year, adding his incredible expertise and passion for Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) to our community. Brandon's journey began in 2010, when he caught the travel and surf bug, leading him to discover the thrill of SUP. After founding Bow Valley Stand Up Paddleboarding, he grew the business from humble beginnings, offering rentals from his 2004 Volkswagen Jetta, to become a leader in the industry. With a focus on safety, gear knowledge, and local expertise, Brandon has made it his mission to introduce as many people as possible to the fun and joy of paddleboarding. His dedication to the sport earned him the title of 2020 SUP Shop of the Year, and his mobile service continues to bring the water to the community. We’re excited to have Brandon back to share his passion and knowledge with us at the festival!
