About me
At Well in Banff, we knew we needed to go deeper—not just into self-care, but into the grief work, shadow work, and the sacred practice of letting go. That’s why we sought out Kristina, a guide who doesn’t just talk about healing—she’s lived it.
An Ordained Metaphysical Minister with the Canadian International Metaphysical Ministry in British Columbia, Kristina is also a Certified Holistic Coach and Somatic Embodiment Practitioner. Her journey began over a decade ago as a yoga teacher and reiki practitioner, evolving into a multi-dimensional approach rooted in Yoga Philosophy, Ayurveda, Spirituality, Trauma-Informed Care, Somatic Experiencing, Breathwork, and Shadow Work.
Her own path of overcoming substance abuse, disordered eating, and trauma has shaped her ability to hold space for others. Through this deep healing, she has reclaimed her divine truth and inner wisdom, embracing a life of authenticity, connection, and alignment.
Kristina empowers women to explore their shadows, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with their innate wisdom through coaching, shadow work, and transformative retreats on Vancouver Island. She believes that true healing happens when we let go of the stories held within our nervous systems and honor the truth of who we are. Using somatic practices like guided breathwork, poetry, and meditation, she creates a compassionate space for women to move through grief, transition, and rebirth.
Currently studying death care to become a death doula, Kristina is expanding her offerings to support those navigating grief, loss, and end-of-life transitions. With deep reverence for life’s most sacred moments, she also officiates ceremonies, honoring love, transformation, and the cycles of life.
Kristina’s work is a reminder that healing isn’t just about the light—it’s about embracing the dark, softening into grief, and allowing transformation to unfold. We are honored to have her at Well in Banff to help guide this essential work.
