About me
Born and raised in Banff, Mystee is so grateful to be able to make a living doing what she loves! Along with teaching yoga she can be found either in her kitchen cooking, making raw chocolate, bottling Om Brew Kombucha, or catering on site at various yoga retreats! Her spare time is spent out in the mountains with her husband Rick and dog Chaga doing whatever activities the season has to offer!
