About me
At Well in Banff, we celebrate those who create with intention—those who weave their craft, their passions, and their purpose into something truly transformative. That’s why we’re honored to welcome Carmen Zvonik, a potter, teacher, animal rescuer, humanitarian, and meditator whose work is as much about artistry as it is about impact.
When Carmen isn’t teaching, she’s on the ground making a difference, dedicating herself to humanitarian efforts across the globe—from the slums of Kenya to Cabo. She is the founder of multiple organizations, including Charity for Children, Fur-Ever Homes Rescue, and Hands of Mine, a project that fuses her own ceramic creations with the work of artisans from the communities she visits.
Back home, she co-owns Realm Fitness in Inglewood with her husband, creating a space that embodies strength, balance, and connection. A student of herbalism, Carmen also brings a unique perspective to scent, space, and the sensory experience of creation, infusing her work with elements that ground, heal, and inspire.
Whether through her pottery, her rescue work, or her humanitarian projects, Carmen is always crafting something bigger than herself—a reminder that art, like wellness, is about connection, intention, and the spaces we create within and around us.
